Cancellation Policy (12 hours)
I accept cancellation requests within 12 hours starting from the time payment is successfully completed. To cancel, email contact@pickleall.store or call +1 (970) 616-0007 within this window. I will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days, following the standard refund process.
After 12 hours from the order time, cancellation is not guaranteed because the order may already be processed or handed to the carrier.
Order Changes (12 hours)
I can update order details within 12 hours Starting from the time payment is successfully completed—this includes product variant (size/color), quantity, recipient name, shipping address, and contact information.
After 12 hours from the order time, changes are not guaranteed because the order may be in transit. If a package has shipped, carrier reroute options may be limited and may involve carrier fees.
