5. Refund Timeline

After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing and can only be returned after delivery.

If you need to change to a different size, color or design, please cancel the order and I will refund and you will place a new order. “Note” I do not exchange items so please read my policy carefully.

If your order was marked as a gift during checkout and shipped directly to you, I will issue your refund as a digital gift credit once the return is approved.
